Additional Property Attributes

Existing use to be maintained and property investment will be made for improvements.

Former Use: Standard and historical sources document the northern parcel was originally developed by 1909 with the construction of several dwellings, one of which was located in the southern portion and was attached to a storefront building. An additional storefront was constructed to the south of the original storefront building between 1909 and 1915. Former occupants of the storefront building located in the southern portion of the property included various commercial businesses and retail stores, with no high risk uses identified. Various stables, sheds, and garages were present to the west of the dwellings and storefronts for varying periods of times between 1909 and 1952. Additionally, review of Sanborn maps indicated an auto repair garage was constructed to the west of one of the dwellings in the northern portion of the parcel between 1919 and 1924, and the garage was demolished between 1940 and 1949. All of the former structures were demolished between 1997 and 2000, and the current building was constructed in the northern portion of the parcel in 2000. The building has been occupied by the current automotive dealership with operations including automotive service and used car sales since 2001.
