Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources document that the subject property was vacant land from at least 1940 until the construction of two light industrial buildings located in the northern portion of the property between 1946 and 1947. Various additions were completed on all sides of the western building, connecting the two buildings, between 1952 and 1980. The southern portion of the subject property was vacant land until a paved parking lot was completed between 1963 and 1974. The eastern portion of the former building was occupied by a manufacturing operation between at least 1954 and 1955, and likely since construction in 1946, air filter sales in the late-1950s, and Welker Engineered Products, a manufacturer of bearings and rubber flex bushings with limited machining services in 1967 until 1973. The western portion of the former building was occupied by National Induction Heating, a metal heat treating service, from 1947, which subsequently occupied the entire building in the early-1970s, until 2014. The building was vacated in at least 2014 and demolished in 2016.
