Property Highlights

Former Use: Eastern Parcel (no current address assigned): Agricultural activities ceased between 1952 and 1957, and the parcel was vacant land until the current drive was constructed and the northern portion cleared of vegetation between 1990 and 1997. The current shed was constructed in the western portion between 1997 and 2000, and is utilized for temporary storage and shelter during gun range activities. The central portion of the parcel has been utilized for construction equipment/vehicle and boat storage activities since 1992, and the northern portion of the parcel has been utilized as a small-scale police gun range/target practice since 2010. 595-631 Brown Road: Agricultural activities ceased between 1952 and 1957 when two residential dwellings were constructed in the southwestern portion, which were demolished in 2013. The current building was constructed in the central portion in 1980, and was occupied by a heating and cooling company from at least 1984 to 1985, a pipe fabrication company from at least 1990 to 1991, a brick paving/landscaping company from 1993 to 1997, various electric repair and fire suppression companies from at least 1990 to 1994 and from 2002 to 2006, was vacant in at least 2012, and has been occupied by the current landscaping company since 2013. The northern portion has been utilized as a small-scale police gun range/target practice since 2010. Western Parcel (no current address assigned):Agricultural activities ceased between 1952 and 1957, and the parcel was vacant land until 1980, when an automotive junkyard was installed, which operated from that time until 2010, with an apparent associated office/storage building constructed between 1980 and 1990 and demolished between 2008 and 2010. The Western Parcel has become fallow since that time.
