Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the first developed use of the subject property occurred between 1961 and 1963 with the construction of the current building. Prior to 1961, the subject property consisted of vacant land. The building was occupied by a bowling alley until approximately 1989, and was converted to a dealership between 1989 and 1991, which included additions at the northeast and northwest corners of the building. The property was occupied by a BMW dealership from 1991 until June 2017, and has been vacant since that time.
