The Old Gym Building is a two-story building built during the 1940s. The building was used for many years as a gym, kitchen and class room for the school located in the same area. The school, which burned to the ground many years ago, has only a tall square portion remaining. This remaining portion served as both the schools entrance and bell tower. The gym is approximately 3000 square feet and in deteriorated condition.

Former Use: The Old Gym building is under a 99 year lease between the Centennial School District R-1 and the Town of San Luis.
