Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is 3.8 acres in size and is occupied by four metal buildings on the north boundary of the property. The buildings were used for maintenance, storage of chemicals, asphalt laboratory and paint storage. The property is located south of Hardie Avenue between Mechanic and Plant Streets southeast of downtown Selma, Alabama. The property was used since at least 1950 by Dallas County as their vehicle maintenance and fueling facility and as a staging area for equipment for maintaining county roads. One large asphalt AST remains on the property. The two former diesel and gasoline ASTs, which were located on the south central portion of the property, have been removed.
