Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources document the property was developed prior to 1940 with several roadways associated with the larger surrounding area. Land disturbances and manmade ponds consistent with gravel and/or sand pits were observed in the southern-central portion by 1949. The ponds/pits were filled and land disturbances were observed throughout the property by 1957. These land disturbances appear to be associated with documented regional landfilling operations. The land disturbances ceased by 1980 and the property has consisted of vacant land since 1980.
