Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and historical sources were able to document that the subject property consisted of agricultural and/or vacant land from prior to 1937 until between 1952 and 1957 when a shed was constructed. The shed was demolished in the early 1970s and the current light industrial building was constructed in 1974, with an addition constructed to the northeastern and eastern portion in 1978. The property was occupied by Solar Die-Mold & Engineering from initial construction until 1988; and the Highland Manufacturing, a CNC machining and tooling business, since 1990.
