Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the subject property was developed prior to 1940 with agricultural fields, and portions of the property continued to be utilized for agricultural purposes until the 1990s. Three dwellings were constructed in the northeastern portion and along the northern and southern property boundaries between 1949 and 1952, and associated garage and shed structures were constructed in the 1950s. The dwellings and associated structures were demolished between 2000 and 2008. Additionally, a church building was constructed in the southern-central portion in approximately 1969 and was demolished in 2009. The subject property has consisted of vacant land since 2009.
