Former Use: The 40 acre site is located to the east of intersection of Missouri Highway NN and Georgia Street, immediately south of the rail road track. The site is owned by the City of Louisiana and has previously been used for agricultural purposes. Three (3) buildings currently exist on site and are either vacant or leased for industrial use. The city plans to develop the site into an industrial park in hopes of attracting other industrial operations.
