Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document the subject property was developed prior to 1937 with agricultural fields and was utilized for agricultural purposes until between 1940 and 1949. The property was vacant land from 1949 until the subject building was constructed in 1976. Disturbed soil was observed throughout the property between the 1950s and 1970s, however, this is consistent with redevelopment of the subject property area and does not represent a concern. The building was occupied by a racquetball club from 1977 until at least 2014, and has been vacant since at least 2017.
