Additional Property Attributes

The parcel at 100 S. 4th Street consists of a 28,320 square foot 4-story brick warehouse. The Property is primarily used for equipment and construction supply storage for Frank Millard & Co. Inc. Based on the review of the above historical records, it appears the existing structures located on the Property were constructed in stages beginning between 1900 and 1920 and was used primarily by the Chittenden & Eastman Company as a furniture factory, warehouse, office, and showroom.

Former Use: The Property is currently owned by CMM CO LC. The Property is in a primarily industrial and commercial area of Burlington, Iowa. The Mississippi River is located approximately 1,000 feet east of the Property. The parcel at 100 S. 4th Street consists of a 28,320 square foot 4-story brick warehouse.
