The building was occupied by a bus garage from 1950 until at least 1978, SEMTA (Southeastern Michigan Transportation Authority) and OCART (Oakland County Advanced Reservation Transit) from 1978 until 1983, and has been occupied by Superior Fish Company since at least 1988.
