Additional Property Attributes

The subject property, 156 Excelsior Street, Ishpeming, Michigan, consists of one parcel with the tax ID number of 52-51-572-028-00. The site is developed with an approximately 2,400-square-foot residential building. The subject property is a blighted residential structure owned by the Marquette County Land Bank Authority (MCLBA) that was acquired involuntarily through tax foreclosure and scheduled for demolition. The blighted structure on the property has deteriorated to a point that it can no longer be rehabilitated and must be demolished for reasons of public safety and health. Following the pre-demolition building survey, asbestos-containing materials were abated. Demolition of the structure was complete 9/11/17.
