Additional Property Attributes

The City acquired the former public ROW portion of the subject property which includes the paved areas of Esther Street and Sherman Avenue to the north and east, respectively. The City does not intend to change the current use of the referenced area as ROW upon acquisition. As such, there appears to be little to no risk of exposure to potential impact on this extent of the subject property to any site user. No further investigation of the paved portion of the subject property that is to remain ROW is unnecessary due to the lack of exposure risks. If this portion of the subject property is planned to be used in another manner in the future, then further investigation would be recommended. Former Use: Available historical records indicate the site remained undeveloped until approximately 1954. It operated as part of 1430 Logan Avenue and listed as a bottle works company in 1957, 1962, 1966, 1968, and 1971, vacant in 1976, industrial supplies company in 1981, plastic mold company in 1986, and unlisted in 1992. Aerial photographs depicted the site as a vacant lot from 1992-2018. A trucking company's office/storage building is currently under construction.
