Additional Property Attributes

The property has been used for die casting of aluminum and zinc products made to customer specifications since 1942. The company closed the shop in late 2017, and intends to market the property for new industrial/commercial use.

Former Use: The Site was developed as a die and casting facility in 1918. It has been expanded several times, with the most recent expansion/construction being the current aluminum line structure in 1967 and the office area in 1971. The Site operated as a die and casting facility continuously from 1918 through 2017.
