Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and historical sources were able to document the subject property consisted of vacant land from prior to 1940 until 1949, when a driveway utilized for a former dwelling located south of the subject property was constructed. The driveway was demolished between 1949 and 1952, and the property consisted of vacant land until the current commercial building was constructed in the eastern portion in 1955. The subject property was historically occupied by various dental and medical professional offices from 1955 until 2001; was unoccupied from 2002 until 2004; and has been occupied by the current business and financial consultant professional office since 2005.
