Additional Property Attributes

The Property appears to have been developed with a dwelling on the western portion and storage building on the eastern portion as early as 1885. By 1899, the Property was developed with the existing sandstone structure on the southeastern portion, which has been occupied as a bar/tavern since that time until closing in the early 2000s. The western portion of the Property was developed with an 8 unit motel, known as the Capital Motel by 1952, which was demolished in the early 2000s. The Property was previously owned by Cubix Ormsby LLC. The building on the Property was remodeled from the ground up and re-opened as bar.
