Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site is currently developed with 6 on-site buildings including a stationary mobile trailer unit (Figure 2). Building 1, the largest on-site building, is a 4,620 ft2 multi-level structure comprised of 6 bedrooms, 5 baths, and 4 garage spaces. A 700 ft2 workshop is attached to Building 1. Building 2 was constructed in the 1890s according to the property owner and is currently being used as wood storage. Building 3 was constructed in 1924 and remodeled in 2002 and is currently being used as a vacation rental. Building 4 is a stationary mobile trailer that is currently occupied as a long-term rental. Buildings 5 and 6 are detached garages used for storage of machinery, tools, and various other supplies. Building 7 is a loafing shed used for cattle ranging. A loafing shed allows for cattle to range at will on a heavy bedding of straw rather than occupy a fixed stanchion. The northern 2/3 of the property is un-landscaped and covered with a grove of conifer and deciduous trees. The remaining area is landscaped with grass cover and a dirt road that loops back to CR-51. Additionally a water retention pond is present just south of the Building 1.
