Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based on historical aerial photos, in 1942, several residences appear to have been located on the property. The current building appears to be visible on the aerial photo dated 1963. A Sanborn map dated 1969 labels the building as being used for "feed and hay storage." Subsequent aerial photos dated 1977, 2000, 2002, 2005, 2007, 2011, 2013, and 2015 show car parked next to the building, possibly indicative of its current use as an auto repair business (Jim Winkles Auto Repair). In a report dated 2000, the site was identified as being occupied by Castillo Auto Repair. The apparent long term use for an auto repair business has the potential to have resulted in undocumented releases of petroleum and hazardous substances common to vehicles or auto repair businesses. However, there are no confirmed impacts.
