Former Use: The property was reportedly acquired by the current owner in 2006. One of the buildings at the property was reportedly constructed in 1941. The site is identified in City directory records dated 1949, 1955, 1960, and 1966 as a lumber yard or company (Don Dickinson Lumber, Don's Lumber Yard, Don's Lumber Co.). The property is listed as flooring company in City directory records dated 1973, 1977, and 1981 (Guanella Brothers Flooring). The two owners of Guanella Brothers Flooring reportedly died in 2000 and 2007. The large warehouse building was reportedly used for storage of office furniture. The occupant in 2000 was identified as Floreria Selena
