Additional Property Attributes

Phase I ESA completed. Site history includes the use of the site as an automobile parts and service business. A groundwater monitoring well was observed in front of the Property building. No records exist for the monitoring well and the owner is unsure of the origin.

Former Use: The Property consists of two (2) rectangular-shaped parcels of land encompassing approximately 0.62-acres. The Property is currently occupied by Once in a Blue Moon, operating as an antique store. The Property is developed with a 4,500 square foot, one-story commercial building (Property building). The approximately 58-year-old Property building is wood d and constructed of masonry and wood on a concrete slab foundation. The remaining grounds consist of a concrete parking lot located north and east of the Property building, and three (3) outbuildings on the southeastern portion of the Property. Historical use and ownership of the Property included residential (1895-1952), Auto supply and service shop (1963-1992), Sunbeam Corporation (1995), Inkful Thoughts2 (2014).

A Phase II ESA was conducted on the property to evaluate the presence of contamination in groundwater. No contamination was found above Tier 1 remediation objectives.
