Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Parcel 364 may have been used as a planing mill and grain warehouse at least as early as 1870. Development expanded into the 20th Century and included a coal and wood yard, a flour mill, grain, grocery and agricultural warehouses, a blacksmith�s shop, a boiler and engine works, a brewery and a beer distributor. Parcel 365 was developed with a hosiery mill that operated from the late 1800s through the 1930s or 1940s, followed by the Martinsburg Paper Box Co. Parcel 366 was developed sometime before 1885 and used as a hardware and agricultural implements warehouse and a fertilizer and plaster mill, grocery and agricultural warehousing and oil warehousing and other unknown fuel related operations.
