Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site consisted of approximately 1.05 acres of land and was located at 3255 South 4th Avenue. The northern portion of the Site was primarily covered by bare soil and gravel and was occupied by a parked truck, a parked hauling trailer, three parked storage trailers, a forklift, a fifth wheel, and a roofing tar machines along the eastern portion. The southern portion of the Site was paved with asphalt and was occupied by a former service station, former fueling island, and an area enclosed by a chain-link fence on the northern side of the former service station. The interior of the former service station is being used for personal storage. The enclosed exterior area contained a parked trailer, parked vehicles, and parked equipment. A Comprehensive Asbestos Survey was completed on the structures located at S.4th Avenue on APN 119-01-035B. Based on the analytical results, asbestos containing materials were identified in the roofing material and the ceramic roofing roofing tile in the shade canopy of the structure identified as Structure 1. Asbestos containing materials were also identified int he roof tile sealant, flashing sealant, repair sealant, interior door sealant, and window sealant in the structure identified as Structure 2.
