Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site consisted of approximately 0.76 acres of land and was located at 320 East 28th Street. The Site consisted of two buildings and vacant land. Building 1 was located in the northern portion of the Site and was divided in to four separate spaces: a vacant single-family residence, Knight�s Custom Upholstery, a former vehicle repair facility, and a vacant building. Building 2 was located in the central portion of the Site and is a former vehicle repair shop. Analytical results collected from a soil sample collected from an area of stained soil in the northwestern portion of the Site contained SVOCs in concentrations greater than the minimum GPL, residential SRL, and non-residential SRL. The soil should be remediated and confirmatory soil samples should be collected after remediation.
