Additional Property Attributes

The City acquired the property under 657-A of the state code. The City plans to transition the property, as well as three other adjoining parcels, to a private developer for construction of data storage units. All detected concentrations observed in the Phase II ESA were reported below their respective statewide standard. The results of the study identified acceptable cancer and non-cancer risks for all site users.

Former Use: The property contained a single-family home from 1884 until its demolition in 2019. Auto-oriented businesses including used-auto dealerships and repair shops are in the near vicinity.
