Additional Property Attributes

A former gas station site is located approximately 40 feet south of the subject property. The underground storage tanks (USTs) were removed in the mid-1980s but there are no records available regarding the removal of those USTs. The close proximity and lack of details regarding the former gas station site is a REC for the subject property. The Dell Rapids Economic Development Corporation has requested Brownfields assistance in performing the Phase II assessment at the subject property so that they can quantify any potential contamination present at the site and assess risk and liability associated with that potential contamination before the property is redeveloped.
