Additional Property Attributes

d) Local directories indicate that the site operated as a retail gas station location from the late 1930s to the early 1970s. From the early 1970s to current, the site has been used as an office and retail location for a wide range of users. The Phase II ESA completed in 2019 confirmed the presence of both petroleum and chlorinated solvent contamination (from an adjacent dry cleaner) above the applicable regulatory screening level. Paired vapor intrusion samples documented the presence of sub-slab (PCE and TCE) and indoor air (PCE) concentrations in excess of the applicable regulatory screening levels. Vapor mitigation is necessary and additional investigation is warranted in order to fully characterize the extent of contamination. Former Use: d) Local directories indicate that the site operated as a retail gas station location from the late 1930s to the early 1970s. From the early 1970s to current, the site has been used as an office and retail location for a wide range of users.e) Petroleum contamination is possible from the former use as a gas station A visual survey of the site indicates the presence of at least one underground storage tank at the site.
