Additional Property Attributes

Property is developed with an industrial building. The southern portion of the building is occupied with Lenoir Towing & Recovery, an automotive repair shop. A former paint shop (Niederhammer's Paint Warehouse) was previously located in the north section of the building. Some additional soil testing is recommended prior to redevelopment.

Former Use: Property has been in use for heavy industry since 1896 when building was constructed. Additions were constructed in subsequent years up to the 1950s. Existing building has contained a planning mill and box company, cotton mill operations, paint company, and automobile repair.
