Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based on review of EPA documents (further discussed below) the Property was occupied by Litton Engineering Laboratories (Litton) from construction (1970) to November of 1972. From 1972 to 1977 Litton moved equipment from the building to their new in California, while the residential portion of the building was rented. From 1977 to 1980 the building was leased to three tenants, Amon-Ra, Inc., Dayton Company, and Quietlite International. From 1980 to 1986 only the residential unit was used in the building. From 1986 to 1990 the building was occupied by High County Tool & Die who conducted plastic molding operations at the Property. The use of the building in the 1990�s is unknown. By the 2000�s, the building was used for storage and maintenance operations in support of the adjacent agricultural and aquaponics operations.
