The site currently exists as a vacant, undeveloped lot. From the review of historical photographs available online, the Property appears to have existed as a undeveloped land dating back to at least 1953, with the exception of a ditch traversing the site from at least the 1950s to the 1990s. During the late 1990s into the 2000s, numerous piles of dirt appear to have been placed on the Property (based on review of historical aerial photographs). Additionally, a commercial fueling station is located on the adjoining property to the north which appears to be hydrogeologically up-gradient in relation to the Property.
