Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of approximately 2.15 acres of land located east of South First Street, north of the Arkansas River, south of the Royal Gorge Route Railroad, and west of unpaved vacant land containing a vacated warehouse structure. The Property is in the northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 32, Township 18 south, Range 70 west of the Sixth Principal Meridian. The Property contains five structures used for industrial manufacturing and storage purposes. The structures are identified in this report as the "office building", "large warehouse", "small warehouse", "yellow storage shed", and the "conex storage unit".
