Additional Property Attributes

Phase -I and II completed with Asbestos and Lead Survey. Phase II discovered the presence of tetrachloroethene (PCE) in the shallow soil beneath the concrete slab of this building. If this vacant building is to be reused (occupied) a Sub-slab Depressurization (SSD) system was recommended for the building.

Former Use: This property was residential developed prior to 1898. In 1913 the property was redeveloped for industrial use. Historic operations on this site include casket manufacturing (1913-1960); incinerator manufacturing (1936-1967), duct tape manufacturing in 1970's, safety glass and lens manufacturing (1980-2002). Storage of misc. equipment 2002-2015.
