This Phase II was conducted based on previous reports to assist applicants bank for environmental clarification. soil samples were collected at 3 soil boring locations and analyzed for VOC's; SVOC's and TPH's all detected concentrations wer below their srespective single-chemical VAP GNS for commercial industial use. However 5 COCs (1,2,4-trimethylbenzene, benzene n-hexane, xylenes and 1.3.5-trimenthylbenzene were detected at concetrations that exceeded corresponding Ohio BUSTR Soil class 2 Tier 1 action levels. Lead was reported in groundwater above its respective VAP Unrestricted potable use standards a. VOC's and SVOC's were not detected in any groundwater samples. A GPR Survey was conducted at the identified REC-1 and surrounding area NO UST was identified. f Data was delivered to applicant and their bank.
