11/6/2018 GPR was conducted across this 1-parcelsite. finding resulted in three anomalous strong EM as 2 possible UST's (underground storage tanks) and a 3rd which could be a UST or possible buried metal structure. Report/findings were delivered to applicant ( Midtown Cleveland who are looking to redevelop this 0.26 acre 1 parcel site which had former light industrial/commercial uses.

Former Use: Residential and then mixed use commercial. Currently vacant land owned by the City of Cleveland Land Bank. 1975 Vickers Building Co, 1980 Arlene Lupica, 1983 Society National Bank, 1983 Financial America, 1994 City Land Bank
