The Town of Luther requested the DEQ assess the property to determine if contamination exists at the property. The Town would like to sell the property or make it a theater once again.

Former Use: It is unknown when the building was built. It was the former Ideal Theater from 1948 to 1960. After that the building was used as the Town Hall of Luther.
