Former Use: The Property is developed with an approximately 3,200-square-foot former restaurant building containing a main dining area, two (2) restrooms, a food preparation area, a kitchen, and two (2) large walk-in refrigerators. The approximately 50-year-old Property building is constructed of cement blocks on a concrete slab foundation.A paved parking lot surrounds the Property building, with a paved driveway extending south to East Main Street.
