Additional Property Attributes

This abandoned printing facility had sat empty for several years. It was built in 1965 on a concrete slab; it was zoned for "light manufacturing and assembly". The City of Garfield Heights declared the property a nuisance and allocated Cuyahoga County demolition funds toward the cleanup and demolition of the structure. The land is now vacant and ready for reuse.
