Additional Property Attributes

A Phase I was completed for property owned by TOMY International which included TOMY Plant 1 and an adjacent vacant lot. Both were sold to Dyersville Industries. The Plant building is entered separately in ACRES under ID#229121. The Phase I indicated no further action was needed on the subject vacant lot property as no contaminant was found. Former Use: Tomy International owned the vacant lot and utilized it for parking for the plant. Lot was subdivided and sold in 2017 for development as a 41 unit senior apartment building with 45 underground parking spaces and 17 outside parking spaces. The apartment complex opened on 2/1/2021.
