Additional Property Attributes

Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the subject property was developed prior to 1940 for agricultural purposes. A building was constructed in the northwestern portion in 1956 and was demolished in 2015. Additionally, a tree farm was located in the central and southern portions of the property from between 1956 and 1961 until between 1974 and 1980. A pond and greenhouse/hoop house were constructed between 1980 and 1990 and additional greenhouse/hoop house were constructed between 1990 and 1997. Both greenhouses/hoop houses were demolished between 2005 and 2010. The property was occupied by a tree farm or plant nursery from 1956 until the early 2000s and has been vacant since at least 2003. The garage area of the former building was likely utilized for limited equipment repair or maintenance based on the presence of a 55-gallon drum and several 5-gallon containers during a 2009 site reconnaissance.
