Additional Property Attributes

The property is comprised of two legal parcels (0.48 acres total) situated north of 4th Avenue North between North 16th Street and North 15th Street. There is a single-story structure with a mezzanine that was reportedly built in 1980 and was previously used as an auto repair facility. The 7,000 square foot building features a set of overhead garage doors on both the east and west ends of the building (4 doors in total) and a partition between the east and west sides of the structure. Today, the building is only used for personal storage while the property is up for sale.

Surrounding properties include a former bulk oil facility and gas station known as Stockton Oil Company to the west, an auto repair facility and other commercial businesses to the south, an e-waste recycling facility to the east, and undeveloped gravel lots to the north.
