Additional Property Attributes

The property was historically occupied by a chemical processing plant from 1946 into the 1950s. The property was then used by a beverage distributor until the mid-1950s and then converted to a foundry and machine shop that operated until the early 2000s. The property is currently occupied by a vacant Community Center with a basement, crawlspace and an attic space totaling approximately 16,000 square feet. It is divided into a boiler room, mechanical rooms, restrooms, kitchen, storage rooms, hallways, various office spaces, meeting rooms, a fitness studio, custodial closets, a gymnasium and multi-purpose rooms. Interior building materials consist of a combination of drywall and plaster ceilings and walls, metal fire doors, window and door caulk, various vinyl floor tiles and associated adhesives, various suspended ceiling tiles, wallboard, HVAC expansion joint, carpet adhesive, various covebase and adhesives, various sink undercoatings and various carpet adhesives. Exterior building materials consist of various window and door caulks, various window glazings, roofing shingles and non-suspect flat roof membrane and concrete block and brick.
