Additional Property Attributes

Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the first developed use of the subject property occurred prior to 1937 for agricultural purposes. By 1940, the current northern and central dwellings were constructed as well as several outbuildings. Between 1940 and 1949, the current garage associated with the northern dwelling and the original portion of the current southern dwelling were constructed. The garage associated with the southern dwelling and an addition to the southern dwelling were constructed between 1949 and 1952. Agricultural activities ceased in the 1960s and all outbuildings were demolished by 2005. The property has remained utilized for residential purposes since original construction of the dwellings.
