Additional Property Attributes

The City of Richmond, Indiana is currently seeking to take possession of the My-Way Trading, Inc. dba Diversified Green Solutions (My-Way Trading) facility located at 308 and 310 NW F Street in Richmond. The facility currently operates as a collection point for used plastics which are periodically sent to China from the Site for recycling. The accumulation of plastic and other waste throughout the Site has become an eye sore and portions of the existing Site buildings have collapsed presenting a significant safety hazard. Due to the nuisance and safety concerns, the City has directed My-Way Trading to cease operations and to remove the existing plastic stored onsite as expediently as possible. Once removal activities are complete, the City intends to take possession of the Site and demolish the existing buildings for safety and future development considerations.
