Additional Property Attributes

The City of Parma Heights, Ohio, created a master plan calling for the creation of pocket parks throughout their municipality. The site on Pearl Road has been leased from the Cleveland Electric Inc.which has a power station on the adjacent property. Prior to entering the lease agreement, the City requested EPA funds for a Phase I to be sure that there were no environmental limitations to developing a park on the site. Planning and construction of the park have been held up by Covid-19 concerns.
