Additional Property Attributes

The site is located in the downtown commercial district (Uptown) of Greenville. The site consists of three (3) contiguous parcels (IDs #51695, #14486, and #21899) located at 419 - 423 Evans Street in downtown Greenville, North Carolina, encompassing approximately 0.26-acres of land.
The northernmost parcel (ID #21899) is improved with one (1) single-story structure encompassing approximately 2,850 square feet (ft2) in area, which is currently occupied by a restaurant. The other two parcels (IDs #51695, #14486) are cleared, and improved with a paved walking trail.
The site is being considered as a location for a new downtown boutique hotel.
