Additional Property Attributes

The Property is comprised of one (1) irregular-shaped parcel of land identified by the Lyon County Assessor's Office as Parcel No. 021-542-06, totaling approximately 24.10-acres. The Property is developed with a two-story building totaling approximately 20,014-square feet which was reportedly constructed in 2005. The building is partially completed, with no interior finishes installed and partial mechanical systems finished. According to the current owner, construction was stopped prior to completion due to financial reasons. The building is used for storage of gambling/gaming machines by the current owner. The building is located in the southeastern corner of the Property and is surrounded by asphalt paving and sidewalk/landscaping features typical of commercial office buildings. The remaining portions of the 24.10-acres consists of undeveloped desert land. According to historical sources, the Property appears to have existed as primarily vacant land from at least 1954 until construction of the existing building in 2005.
