Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of one parcel totaling 0.53� acres of land in Syracuse, New York. The Property is utilized for automotive repair and storage, with several vehicles located on-site. The Property is improved with one structure, totaling approximately 6,330 square ft. that appears to be used as a garage. Access to the Property and interior of the subject building were not provided, and our Property reconnaissance was performed from the adjacent roadway rights-of-way. The Property is located in a predominantly commercial neighborhood.
The Property was developed in 1892 with residential dwellings. Since that time, the Property has been utilized by various business including restaurants and automotive repair, and residential use. The current on-site garage building was constructed in the 1950s and is used for automotive repair.
