Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of one combined parcel totaling 0.65� acres of land in Syracuse, New York. The Property is located on the corner of South Salina Street and Doctor Martin Luther King West Street, formerly West Castle Street. The Property is improved with a small food market and service station, with one single story building totaling approximately 3,260 sq. ft., and a canopy for gasoline pumps, totaling approximately 2,760 sq. ft. At the time of the site visit the Property was utilized by Blue Star as a retail and gasoline service station. The Property is located in a predominantly commercial neighborhood.
The Property was developed in 1892 with a large structure containing some residential dwellings and small businesses. The current building was constructed between 1966 and 1978 and is operated as a gasoline service station and market.
