Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of one parcel totaling 0.22� acres of land in Syracuse, New York. The Property currently contains a building totaling approximately 8,100 square feet (ft). At the time of the site visit the Property appeared to be vacant; however, there were several cars in the parking lot. The Property is located in a mixed commercial and residential neighborhood. Access to the Property and interior of the subject building were not granted to Stantec, and our Property reconnaissance was performed from the adjacent roadway rights-of-way.
The Property was developed by 1892 with residential dwellings. The Property was subsequently occupied by a gasoline filling station/automobile repair from approximately the late 1930s until the early 1950s. Four gasoline tanks were reported located on the Property in the early 1950s. The Property was utilized as a Dry Cleaner from at least the late 1950s through the late-2000s.
